George Holan, PT, DPT, NCS, GCS is the perfect combination of ambition, detail oriented focus, compassion, intelligence, humility, and motivation.  George’s physical therapy experience has included outpatient orthopedics at Advanced Physical Therapy in Cranford.  Following APTA, he moved onto Fox Rehabilitation whereby he climbed the corporate ladder from staff physical therapist to senior regional director of NJ.  George is then proceeded to teach and lead the Neuro Physical Therapy track of the Doctoral Physical Therapy program at Kean University.  Currently, he is teaching anatomy and embryology at Rutgers Medical School.  He enjoys treating clients with neurological deficits in addition to integrating health coaching wisdom.


Denise Holan



Denise Holan, PT, DPT, OCS is a manual orthopedic physical therapist and a holistic health coach.  She has 15 years of experience as a physical therapist followed by years of personal training experience and countless personal athletic endeavors from playing Division 1 lacrosse, to qualifying as an elite triathlete, to participating in 5Ks to marathons.  Denise’s passion in life is to use the science of exercise and nutrition and the art of health coaching to optimize the health of the women and children.  She believes that fitness, nutrition, stress management, and positive relationships are the keys to balancing hormones in women, improving fertility, optimizing health during pregnancy, rebounding from birth, feeling whole, and maintaining positive relationships with family and friends.

Denise continues to practice manual physical therapy in private practice with one on one scheduling with clients for an hour interval–emphasizing mobilization, myofascial release, correcting muscle imbalances, using Graston and kinesiotaping as appropriate.  Denise specializes in treating runners, triathletes, Crossfitters, pre and post natal women.

Denise & George have three daughters and emphasize whole and happy living as a family.
